Protein Sequencing
The Protein Facility provides 1-2 day turnaround for protein sequencing (Edman Degradation) and is able to determine de novo sequence of unknown proteins that are not registered in databases.

Absolute quantitation of targeted proteins is achieved with high mass accuracy and high resolution for complex samples. The Protein Facility is able to process a wide range of sample types and provide high confidence quantitation data.
