Nonlinear Dynamics (www.nonlinear.com) specializes in the development of image analysis software and informatics tools and is the market leader in 2d image analysis technologies. The company is backed by 14 years of experience in 2d software development and houses the largest development team in the industry.

Phoretix 2d Evolution Pro and Progenesis Discovery Informatics will be selected from the Nonlinear range of 2d analysis solutions and used to demonstrate automated analysis options and advanced data mining and querying on samples provided by your proteomics labs. The demonstration will focus on the processes of analysis, the key advantages of an automated approach to analysis and a presentation and review of data from the analysis of your samples. Critical points of the technology driving the software analysis will be described, as well as, methods of data interrogation. Comments will be made on image acquisition, and the options of detection chemistries including: coomassie, Sypro Ruby and multi-stain detection chemistries.
